Full-Time Mothers

Many full-time mothers face employment difficulties. They need to take care of their families for long hours but still wish to use their spare time to work and support their household. However, finding suitable jobs in the workplace can be challenging.

    • Rhys Workshop is dedicated to providing comprehensive career planning. We arrange tasks such as handcrafting, sewing, and home-based work opportunities based on employees' skills and family situations. We also train them in administrative and managerial potential, allowing them to take on roles such as technical specialists, workshop instructors, and factory supervisors, utilizing their strengths to build an independent life.

    • Rhys Workshop is committed to creating a "people-oriented" working environment that takes care of employees' mental and physical health. We have established the "Let's Have a Cup of Ginger Tea" platform to organize regular festive activities, guided tours, and experiential workshops for the Rhys team. This helps relieve their daily stress, promote mental and physical well-being, and encourage them to care about various social issues and extend care to the community.

"Balancing work and family life is always mentally exhausting. I'm so glad that Rhys offers so many activities, allowing me to truly relax."

    Mission of Rhys Workshop

Rhys Workshop is a local garment factory that undertakes fabric product orders from enterprises and organizations. Our production team consists of underprivileged women and individuals with disabilities. We arrange tasks such as handcrafting, sewing, and home-based work opportunities according to their skills and family situations, encouraging them to utilize their strengths and build an independent life.

    Garment Training and Employment Support

We currently collaborate with various social welfare organizations to provide training and employment for underprivileged women and individuals with disabilities. We practice flexible working hours and lend sewing machines to employees so they can work from home, supporting their household income. Employees can adapt to the workplace environment, interact with employers and colleagues, and build self-awareness and confidence.

    Employee Health and Welfare

We care about the mental and physical health of every employee. In addition to maintaining close contact with the responsible social workers, we have established the "Let's Have a Cup of Ginger Tea" platform to organize various activities beneficial to employees' physical and mental well-being. This helps relieve their daily stress and encourages them to live a healthy life.

    Women's Employment Sharing

When my son was diagnosed with moderate autism and intellectual disability at the age of 10, I spent about 8 to 9 years in a dark emotional low, terrified of interacting with the outside world. It wasn't until I joined the Rhys family that I regained my passion for life through work and experienced more joy and harmony with my children. Looking back on the first three months here, I was fumbling with threading the needle, but now I feel proud to have mastered a craft!"
